Need a clarification about the Zerodha System error as menationed by user?

Hi Zerodha Team,

I was going through the FB posts and below one shocked me.. I just wanted to know is it a System error or User issue. I am only concerned with highlighted statement in below FB Post.

I had a bad experience with Zerodha this expiry..I had 300 lots 7500 puts and i placed order to cover it but was rejected by Zerodha trading application and charged 142000 as STT and other charges. When raised complaint they are saying it is the risk of internet trading and traders should bear the cost. Now i raised it with NSE and waiting for a resolution
