BUY - CROSSOVER(EMA(CLOSE, 3), EMA(CLOSE, 12))
SELL - CROSSOVER(EMA(CLOSE, 12), EMA(CLOSE,3))

you have to manually change chart type- Heikin ashi or you can save your template with heikin ashi.
