# Need help building this breakout scanner

I’m trying to scan for stocks where:

The latest 1-hour candle is bullish.  
Volume is above its 10-period average.  
Price closes above the highest high of the last 20 one-hour candles.  
Close is above the previous 1-hour close.

Can this be created in Streak? If yes, could someone share the conditions?

I’m looking to create a strategy where the 20 EMA crosses above the 50 SMA to identify a bullish trend. After the crossover, I want to enter a buy trade. For the exit, I want to close the trade when the 20 EMA crosses below the 50 SMA. Can anyone suggest the exact Streak conditions to implement this setup?
