i am trying to seek help from sebi chairperson via email but no replies following up for last 30 plus days 37 followups so far …no reply. SEBI is realy on investors ? side?
Raise complain here on SEBI SCORES. SEBI chairperson wont help on an individual basis.

Apparenlty OP already did that and the settlement being offered was not acceptable to OP.
@Firestick File a law suit against the broker and send them a legal notice. Also file an FIR against them, and reach out to news media over the scam being done by the broker.
Hire a lawyer and CA to help you navigate this. Strangers online wont be able to help much.
You are trying to get advice and help for free, for a problem that is costing you a ton. Get proper help offline instead which will get you material results. And dont be afraid of organizations. They are much more afraid of bad PR than you are of them. If this comes out in the news, they will have to pay a ton of money to people whom they are cheating. So dont be afraid, and take bold steps forward.
