Need to write this code for scanner, so that whenever the price of any script on the list crosses 23% of the opening price of that day then generate alert.
It is not possible to generate alerts based on percentage, you can define manually by using price alert indicator
create an online Google spreadsheet with the help of Google finance / Yahoo finance and you will get a realtime list of stocks of ur required alert.
