I am unable to connect to Nest. I had the same issue last week. Call center person uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
Today also I have the same issue.
Please tell me how to get rid of it?
I have Windows7 Sony Vaio laptop with licensed Kaspersky Av protection (please note there is no internet issue, I am using MTS data card and able see other sites fast, any my other trader software works perfectly also.
