Beta is expected to be ready by the end of October.

Same TV and ChartIQ will be available there too, along with layout flexibility.

We’re planning something along those lines.

Quick basket for the option chain took a bit longer than expected, but it’s about to be released for beta in the next 2-3 days. A new market watch is also in progress and will be prioritised once the quick basket is released. We understand it’s been more time since the web release, but app development differs in nature and sometimes takes longer to deliver a polished experience. Please allow us some more time for MarketWatch. We will keep you informed.

Kindly ADD BUY/SELL switch toggle on Order placing window on mobile app , Currently its is two step process kindly add a toggle switch, it become more convenient.

All these features are available on web but not on the App , Its been month’s since you guys are saying its coming but when ?

Quick Basket (adding orders directly from the option chain) went live on the Kite app last week. These features are being worked on and are expected to be released in the next couple of weeks.

These features will be taken up after the new MarketWatch and chart layout changes are rolled out.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, we’ll look into this.

What’s the delay

  1. I don’t see any basket toggle in the option chain on mobile app yet.
  2. The order window on the web appears too large, kindly provide an option to resize the window.
  3. Currently I need to access the option chain from the 3 dots over the scrip in the watchlist. Kindly provide the option chain icon itself upon hovering over the scrip [currently charts, market depth, B/S icons, 3 dots are visible].
  4. Also, if I open any option chain is opened, kindly provide a search option to switch to different instrument option chain immediately.
  5. Kindly bring shortcuts to option chain, like in the dashboard or in the watchlist like dhan.

Thanks for clarification.

  1. kindly provide accessibility to futures directly from the index page - both in app and web. Searching it manually is so time consuming.

Refer to the below screenshot for clarity

  1. Also in the basket mode, provide an option to add multiple options at once to the watchlist as well along with the basket. Useful for tracking.

Just now received this update. The quick basket is not quick indeed in the app. For example, if you want to place 750 quantity buy order for Nifty 25400 call, you need to tap 10 times on the basket icon instead of entering the quantity directly, also these 10 will appear like individual orders in the basket and as well as Orders tab. Otherwise, you need to add 75 quantity initially and then go to modify to change the quantity. Simplify this process. Remember f&o quantity feature is helpful to some extent. Lot multiplier kind of feature or editing the quantity directly in the basket is helpful.

Secondly, once the basket order is placed, still the options stay in the basket. If you want to place a new basket order, you need to clear the basket or select individual orders from the basket to place them. Kindly auto clear the basket once it is placed.

yes this future needed, or give a tick box like clear once order executed

Quick add is primarily helpful for individuals who want to add multiple strikes as part of their strategy. One can select the option Remember F&O quantity from the app settings, and the quantity for that particular underlying will be remembered across its F&O contracts.

Auto-clearing the items in the basket is not feasible, as someone may use the same strategy again. We are also planning to give an option to save these baskets in future releases. One can clear the items in the basket by clicking on the edit button available on the top-right and clicking on Clear basket.

Zerodha is focusing on safe and time consuming methods.

Kindly clarify one question - Do the expired instruments will remain in the basket or will be cleared after expiry?

Yes, the instruments will be cleared the next morning after the expiry.

Any update, zerodha

I believe you are referring to the TV TFC and the new MarketWatch feature on the app. The TV chart version upgrade was part of this rollout, and another backend chart change is planned for this weekend. The app beta is expected in 2 weeks with major improvements in chart loading, layout, and a few new features. Once that is stable, TFC will be released in the following update. The new MarketWatch is also being actively worked on and is likely to be rolled out before TFC.

Trailing SL is currently a work in progress. Once that’s done, this feature will follow.
