I have been investing for the last 18 months and my portfolio is up only 17% in total. Most of my stocks are within tech+finance companies. Since, I am new and conduct analysis manually with bunch of investment ratios. Is there a good way of evaluating portfolios? Something adopted widely that I might be missing as a newbie.

I think that’s a great profit % to be in, considering the current and past market conditions.
Most of us are down 10-30% past 3 years.
