when I log in to my kite my equity margin is zero but q shows the correct amount. is this normal? someone please explain
I assume you are talking about off market hours or on holidays and also you might have checked when some process is running on kite exactly at that time. If not Ideally both should show the same. Can check now.
Take it easy. it will happen on all Saturdays and Sundays. On Monday it will be normal again.
Even same day charts are not available from 00.00 AM to 4 AM next day.
