Greetings,

With the recent RBI approval on reverse merger/downstream merger of SFB with their Respective Holding companies, I have the following queries:

  1. How does this impact the stock prices of both entities, holding companies and the SFB?
  2. What will be the final result of such a merger, will stocks of the holding companies cease to exist?
  3. How can investers benifit from this (as seen with the rise in stocks of Equitas and Ujjivan Holding companies)?
