Not able to place order in intraday (MIS). Each time i place an order it automatically gets rejected

I am using MIS as my order type but my order is not getting executed.

i get following errors : 

rms:blocked for nse_cm ugarsugar-eq mis block type: all

rms:blocked for nse_cm tarmat-eq bo block type: all

NOTE: i am using limited quantity. i am not exceeding my margin.

Please help me in this matter because i am not able to place any intraday orders.

These are stocks which hit circuits often and hence Intraday trading has been disabled.
