I am aged 64 years.
My income is exclusively from LTCG, STCG and F&O.
I do not have any other source of income.
My total income is between 0-3lakhs.
Some times I meet losses
My question is :
1-Which ITR form I should I use to file my tax returns?
2- Should I pay tax?

You have Income under Business head ( F&O) & Capital Gain. For senior citizen , no tax upto Rs 3 Lac. Do check your business turnover. You need to Choose ITR 3
