Option Chain Data (intra day and EOD)

Hello

I am looking for someone who can provide option chain data dump every 5-15 mins intra day (in the form of a json), and EOD as well.
I have searched high and low and people i know scrap it from NSE website only. I am not an expert programmer and so I am looking for something which I can rely on and not have to change code frequently.

I have develop excel sheet for the same and data are stored in access DB. You need some knowledge for the same. I can share if you want.
