I have a query.
If I short any option CE or PE . and there is no major variation on stock price mean it trade between 10 to 30 band whole month . so as per standards of option premium it will depreciating day by day so it is not wise to short option always??
Think again.
If you would write any call or put option and if there is very low movement in underlying, then buyer have no incentive to exercise the options.
And you can keep the premium.
