Options basic - What is Traded Qua and Traded NO_CON?

I downloaded the daily Bhavcopy from NSE. It has two coloums with these headers :

TRADED_QUA

TRD_NO_CON

What does each represent ? explain plain english please.
Which of these two is similar to VOLUME in equities?

You can download and see it here:

Thanks for your time.

For the above

TRADED_QUA means Traded Quantity of the particular stock/contract

TRD_NO_CON means Traded Number of contracts ( number of lots)

Trader,

TRADED_QUA is the total traded quantity. TRADED_QUA = TRADED_CON x lot size.

Most trading platforms will show you TRADED_QUA in the field that volume traded for equity is shown.
