Options moving out of SEBI OI limit

Let’s say nifty50 is at 19450

I buy 19500ce expiring at the end of month and by the end of the month nifty50 is at 20500. So this option is out of the SEBI OI limit, so normal people can’t buy this option anymore because of 15% limit. Will I be able to sell it or something else happens??
