1. I buy nifty 10800 call @40 april and expiry day premium become zero (0). What shoud i now!???

You are not required to do anything. The broker will do the rest.

Penalty in the form of STT only if options expire near ITM, but the broker will square of such positions automatically which are likely to expire near ITM.
