Order Execution at Wrong Price

Dear Traders,

Can you kindly let me know whether this can happen?

I have short sold the stock IBULHSGFIN on 25th Oct at 13.45 PM at Rs.686.15. I have exited the trade at 15.00.08 PM and the Buy was executed. Now I have an issue with the pricing at which the Buy position was executed. If you look at the pricing of Buy position at 15.00, the stock never traded at Rs.695.8, but the Buy was executed at this price. I am incurring loss because of this.

I am attaching the screenshot. Is this the problem with Zerodha platform? I have raised a ticket on the same day but there was no reply so far.

Thank you @Kshiteesh_Saralaya . I would like to tell you that the price difference here is more than 10 rupees/equity. Small difference is fine. This seems so much.
