Is there any way to place order at 9.15 am for multiple stocks (more than 10)

Ex:

Thru excel and pre open market value

Buy / sell
Qty
At price
SL

This is not possible, you will have to manually place orders at Market Open.

To make things easier you can use Basket Order to place multiple orders. Once you have added the stocks to Basket, you will have to manually execute the basket at 9:15. You can learn all about Basket Order here.
