Orders hitting @ high's which dont exist on charts

i trade using zerodha trader… i placed orders using this platform, i put order above high…that high is not reached and my order gets confirmed… Checked NSE TAME charts too that high not reached there in that candle and still my orders in zerodha trader platform gets confirmed…leads to unnecessarily losses

happened many times in the past too but raising this issue today…hope someone have answer which satisfies me
