OTP Error for new Account Creation

I already have Zerodha Account. If i want to open another account? I entered OTP and Error Code getting. why I am not able to enter the OTP/ getting Unable to Connect? Does already registered phone number with my previous account. cant be used?

One resident individual account can be opened per PAN, so a second individual account won’t be possible. However, you can open a non-individual account with the same PAN and number.
