Anyone tried this Alt REIT InvIT PMS?
India has only few Public REITS and INVIT does it make sense to pay fund manager to manage REITS Portfolio?
Do we have Private REITS and INVITS ?

I invested in maximal income fund it invests in REITS, INVITS and dividend stocks. Started on 26th Nov 25 up about .94% so far. I invested because I wanted to free up my time.

Gold 100000pe now at 250 levels. On 4 lots pe shorted at 900 levels, profit would be 260000 or more than 2% in a week. And more profit will be there as this option will expire at 0
