Pathetic Customer Service Motilal Oswal S&P 500

I have mandated Monthly SIP in Motilal Oswal S&P 500 but because of some reasons, they have stopped my SIP.

I tried to reach out to their customer support but It’s been more than a week but no response from their end.

I don’t understand and am amazed despite having poor to no customer support how come companies like AirIndia, Airtel, Motilal Oswal S&P 500, and many more get customer?

Motilal Oswal has stopped SIPs in all their international mutual funds from April 1 onwards…

Later I came to know but isn’t their responsibility to inform their customers about it, respond to queries or address their grievances?

Because you are left with no other choice. They get away with it.

Not everyone runs a company like Amazon to put customer service first.
