30 minutes rest. And then 1 and 1/2 hours chart analysis and then normal life and then after 10 o clock again reading charts, forum activities.

so many ppl. not liking my answer ??? they must be day traders, who have to spend 10 hours per day analyzing 
Just becoz. one is a full time trader, doesnot mean one has to enter 100 trades per day.
