Pi for MacOS is possible now

Pi on MAC is not possible as it is developed using dotnet framework, if it is complete inhouse product we could have done something, but not.

I am not a Mac user but maybe you could try looking into Crossover. I suggested it as I saw a recent video of people running complicated Windows programs using it on Mac.
