Pi not working

Hi, I have recently installed the Pi software but I am not able to login to the software. It never moves ahead from the initial screen.

I have already installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable - 10.0.30319 on my system.

Kindly guide me how to proceed further.

Also can Pi be installed on two systems for same user id.
