PLEASE Help in creating strategy in streak

Can someone please help me create a strategy with BOLLINGER BAND.
My strategy is like this -
TIME FRAME 5 MIN CHART

1st condition - Close of candle should be above UPPER BOLLINGER BAND.
2nd condition- Price should cross 1ST CONDITION candle high, that is where i gonna have my entry point.

Please help

THANK YOU for this code, but this code take entry after next candle is close. Is it possible that entry will immediately placed when price crosses previous n candle high.

I also want you to know that entry may happen even after next candle didn’t crosses previous candle high, it may cross after 3 to 4 candles OR LATER. but entry will be on crossover not on candle close.
