Unfortunately some might have gone for arbitration …if they could not resolve the dispute with broker directly.
Please share your arbitration experience. How does it work? do you have to go Mumbai for arbitration? or you can remain in your own city (as long as its big) and ask the broker’s rep. to come to your city?
In these days arbitration is virtual?
If you win arbitration award …do they compensate you for time and energy (i.e stress you had go through) or just the amount in dispute is awarded?
