Assuming you are asking for Tradescript.

Keep periodicity minute and required trading symbol

In buy expression

Volume > 50

But in order to get one more buy alert after first buy it should be followed by sell alert.

So in sell

volume < 50

Ignore all sell alerts and act only on buy alerts.
