PM'S meeting has any effect in share market?

I read a news about PM Modi and FRANCE PM Macron inked 16 billion dollar deals.

Will it have any effect on tomorrow market ?

India & France deals are around 16 $ billion not " Trillion dollar" , will not have any effect on market , but Government is doing the right thing by " Snubbing " Canadian PM Justin Trudeau while signing deals worth billion dollars with France President . right and balancing act !!
