Monthly, there is two possibilities.

  1. July month candle is a “firki”, like the previous two months.
    In which case, monthly closing is 23900-24000.
  2. More likely possibility of a green candle after two months of consolidation. Monthly closing 24900-25000.

How to play

  1. If scenario 1 plays out, go for aggressive longs in August.
  2. Any dips come in July, buy calls or sell puts at supports.

July is historically a bullish month. Last 15 years average monthly returns in Nifty

Today, 25200 CE July broke the low it made in first week of June (from where Nifty rally started).

To me, this is a hint that this option will expire ZERO. Soon, 25000 CE may give same confirmation, lets see.

The Jul 25200 CE option has a 0.09 or 9 delta, i.e., it has a 9% chance of ending up ITM (with some intrinsic value) or 91% chance of expiring worthless. :face_holding_back_tears:
