I have my eyes on HDFCBANK, if it breaks 720, then that is first confirmation of bear.
Always I keep my eyes on 1-2 stocks which help to either pre-empt or confirm Nifty’s trend.

Unlikely. Because CAS bans naked short selling and only allows selling stocks you have in demat which creates a unbalanced pressure on one side in a time scale - where money can move market one side immediately but not the opposite side (unless you had “time” to buy stocks beforehand). But happy to be proven wrong and be shown -300, but that’ll be more worrisome because existing holders are exiting en masse.

Yeah but we can’t short that. The idea is to capitalize on fake CAS moves.
How to apply candlestick patterns, when the daily candle will always be positive?
If there is big fall in the day, and it goes up in CAS, then it will make a Hammer candle like today in Sensex.
So how to apply candlesticks 
Few years back, SEBI was talking about full day Nifty futures trading, to give investors more control over their positions.
And now we have made 15 minutes as a black hole where no one knows what will happen, and we are supposed to trade options blind in those 15 minutes? 
This is certainly where markets are headed, I don’t know how long it will take but eventually we will have 24x7 markets! 
At least it should be 9 to 7.
