Should we create a single thread for brief questions that require almost no discussion or very short answers, so that we donāt need to create a separate thread for each one ??
For example , I want to know why anyone would choose to establish a business with unlimited liability when a similar business structure with limited liability is available. The only reason I can think of is that unlimited liability may make it easier to borrow money. What other reasons are there ??
I can think of tax and other legal compliance, start up costs
By start-up costs, do u mean expenses such as stamp duty, etc., that we paid initially?
Also, doesnāt a firm (unlimited liability) attract a flat tax rate of 30% (Close to other ) ?
Like filing with MCA, incorporating documents,CA fees, legal fees etc
Even if it is limited liability, I doubt banks are doling out loans without personal guarantees

5 lac limit cc, matched with lien on FD. Back in 2016, brand new companyā¦
Unless you are a big company or brand, banks donāt typically give loans without personal guaranteeā¦

My minimum target is Nifty touching upper Bollinger band on daily.
There i will reassess, and probably close all my trading longs, which Iām carrying since 2 weeks.

New lower low after 3 sessions
Many years ago, this was actually a good signal to go long on most timeframes in Nifty for a good short/medium term move.
Not anymore, now its noisy - esp in intraday.
