Why is there a price differential in the stock of AB Capital listed on NSE and BSE?
and why has NSE classified a new listing as BE?

As long as there are no buyers, it means correct price discovery not happening. So no need to give any importance to price difference.
I think NSE has started listing new IPO’s as BE to stop intraday trading which helps in curbing speculation.
The price discovery on listing day was different on both the exchanges in NSE it was 250 and BSE it was 261.2. This difference is highly unusual.
