Price on JIO Finance in demat

I had 3 Reliance shares
I got 3 Jio shares in GROWW

the average price of each jio share in my groww account is 108.5 rs,
i am not able to understand this price, as listing price is also high how has this price been set
the people in groww team said it was provided by RTA

can anyone help me on this
