I have recently come across streak and have been trying some algos on it

I have a daily strategy in which I need to buy at the end of the day (just before the close of market) when rsi on daily is above 60

is there anyway I can write this strategy on streak platform?

RSI >60 for dailiy candle can only happen after the daily candle closes i.e when the trading session closes, Even 5 min before the OLHC for the day is not confirmed. Only the O=Open is confirmed.
