I want to generate a buy signal for the below. could you please help me on this.
RSI 60-40 and Volume Indicator
Period-8
Over Bough-60
Over Sold-40
UpVolume -(green)
Here my requirement
When RSI and Upvolume is increasing ( 50 to 60 and so on and volume is also increasing )and it touches 60 RSI in asscending order i want to generate a buy signal.
How can i define for this.
