Question regarding settlement on Option Buying and Selling intraday

Hello,

I have couple of question on intra day option buying (and selling)

  1. Example I have 1,00,000 account and I buy TCS JUN 2100 for 50K at 10 AM and sold the option same day at 12 PM and resulted in profit 10K (50K capital + 10K profit), in that case my question is can I use the 50K again (got from TCS sell) to buy another position for intra-day or will I incur penalty. Can I keep repeating this on same day?
  2. Can I use the profit for buying another position and closing on same day?

You can, there won’t be any penalty.

If the profits are used to buy another position and carry forward then there will be penalty, for intraday there use there will be no penalty.
