In both the case if one is trading in intraday or have taken delivery

They are safegaurds to prevent very large moves in a very short amount of time.

2)How circuit breaker works on Individual stocks?
When the price changes above or below the limit, trading is halted on the stock

3)and what is the meaning of price band?
Its the range within which trading is allowed without halt

FnO stocks don’t have circuit breakers.

Only non FnO stock have it. Fast change of price will trigger circuit breaker.

in the moneycontrol link, it tells us that only sellers available , then i am drawing an inference that if i buy the stock i will be the first buyer and then the stock can move upwards if more buyers join me in process, is it like that?
