Quicko Error while ITR filing

Nope even with ITD app integration , quiko can’t fetch past years ITR

@Quicko ITR-3 is enabled but getting errors while filing the ITR.
The error codes are also new and not the same that you mentioned in your help article.
Kindly help as I have purchased your elite membership and you dont have customer support as well.

Hey @pankushri Did you filed your ITR in the previous year. We fetch this data from Prefill JSON generated by Income tax department.

Thus, you can go to Income tax portal > download prefill JSON and verify if the same information is present in the JSON. If the information is there and not able to fetch on Quicko, do share us an email on [email protected] and our team shall look into the same.

Else, you can manually enter the details based on the previous year filing.

My friend is also getting the same error…he has filed ITR previously. He went ahead by adding it manually.

@Quicko My friend filed ITR3 for the first time in AY24-25 last year in new tax regime. This year also he filed it using new regime only.

He does not need to file the 10 IE form, correct? He has not filed it last year as well as this year

you may create/bookmark/sticky a thread with updated list of reported issues & alternative solution . (e.g. prvs itr data fetch fails, dwnld from itd, upld .json to quicko)

will help others all at one place waiting to file itr

Hey @Jack_R Yes, if you opted for new tax regime last year and want to continue with new regime this year as well, no filing of form 10 IEA is required.

I have already made the payment, and I also received a confirmation email from your side for the successful transaction.

However, after the payment confirmation, the page kept loading for more than 2 minutes and then timed out. Once it reloaded, it again showed me the same page asking for payment.

Could you please check why the payment is not reflecting on your system and help me proceed further?

Getting error while filing ITR-3. Completely new error such as:

Have done prefill, linked ITR. Last year was new regime and this year Old.

Please fix because multiple people here are providing error details.

I was also facing the same issue last week. I just checked it today again. It worked fine. Maybe some internal glitches from Quicko.

Declared income is lesser than the credit amount of TDS associated with it. how to fix it?

The Schedule FA implementation of Quicko is incomplete. I tried to generate the json , upload the same to ITD site but that is failing with some hash error message. Can any one help please ?
