Fair or not. This is a first. So pointed that out. Its not all from the broker’s pocket.
It’s funny that a thread about an incident with some other broker had lots of traction and participation, compared to a glitch on Zerodha, which affected some clients very recently. And no, it’s not any less scary either.
Earlier it was ghost trades in Finvasia, today they automatically unpledged my one of the holdings (latest series of SGB which I pledged yesterday) without my authorisation. Tomorrow I’ll raise the matter with them.

They are saying broker limit reached in that security, so automatically unpledged the holding.

its quite strange, when the broker hits limit the new pledging should be restricted.
Why would older customer’s pledge get revoked?

Yes I said the same thing but the staff on the other side had no answer. Looks like all brokers are crap. Not a single reliable broker.
