Regarding ELSS Redemption within 1 year

I have invested some amount in (Axis Long Term Equity Fund - ELSS - Direct) on 29-Sep-2017 on Zerodha COIN Platform, Can I redeem it today??

All ELSS funds have a mandatory lock-in period of 3 years. You won’t be allowed to redeem it until the completion of 3 years.

I also want to redeem ELSS FUND . TO pay loan repayment. Can anyone suggest any other solution. It has 3 years lock-in period . In loan interest is going so much.
