Relationbetween price movements of corporate bonds & shares?

suppose a given company has both shares & bonds listed .

for any corporate reason if the share price declines , will the bond price also decline .

since govt. bonds are not available for buying on PI can we consider corporate bonds a good alternative for short, medium & long term investments ?

Not really, they both are different asset classes and mutually exclusive (at least in terms of daily price movements).
