Reporting Terminal and Api issues

In general… Suppose a broker terminal isn’t functioning as required. It has got lot of issues.
Like they charge for api subscription and don’t provide valid service or response for issues. And if clients end up in losses due to their services. Is it possible to raise a issue with Sebi which can help other traders? In anyway?

May be first you can check with your broker, if it is not getting resolved you can take it to higher authority in that organisation. As a last resort if one feel they lost money due to broker negligence they can raise issue with regulator for thyself but not for others.
