Hi I just noticed for 1000 quantity hedge of 15300 ce Buy with 15500 ce sell is almost 6 lakhs!!
Correct me if I am wrong but there is no upside risk as buy option is bigger(rather upside move it makes money) and downside too the risk is limited to difference of buy and sell option(if both become zero) which is nearly 70k.
Than why on earth SEBI wants 6 lakh rupees for this hedge. Is anybody going to raise such issues or is it that story now “King is naked but no one would say it”.
Please look into such issues and raise them with SEBI, this is unreasonably high margin for no reason whatsoever.
