RMS blocked for nse BO: Blocked

I was able to buy ‘Idea’ in MIS but not in BO
Could anyone please throw some light…what is this RMS blocked?
I got this message:
rms:blocked for equity nse_cm idea-eq bo remarks: blocked for today block type: all

But why is it blocked? I mean it’s allowed in MIS but not in BO
Obviously we can’t take a position if necessary margin is not available.
