Nice question bro. Learnt a new thing today

  1. is NSE a secondary market or primary market ?
  2. is it possible to buy these bonds at their face value only without paying any premium ? from where & how ?
  1. Once a Stock hits the Stock Exchange, its said to be part of the secondary market.
  2. You can’t buy it from the Exchanges at Face value. You have to buy it when the companies are coming out with these new issues.
