Sbi dividend

I am a novice. Kindly let me know if I will get the declared dividend of Rs.2.6 per share of SBI if I sell them tomorrow. Ex date as per some web site is 03.06.2016. I had the stocks in my demat on that date. I have read that those who hold the stocks on ex-date will get the dividend. But I wish to know because SBI has risen significantly and I expect it to fall in the near term.

Please also let me know if short term gains on equity will be offset with losses in FnO. Hope some senior member will give me the clarification on both the points.
