i want to set a scanner for

  1. stock is up 1.8 to 2.5% in first 30 min i.e. from 09:15 am to 09:45 am

  2. stock is down 1.8 to 2.5% in first 30 min i.e.from 09:15 am to 09:45 am

it is not possible to code in transcript based on defining time or % change
