I am looking for detailed information on the turnover of Indian stock exchanges, specifically for the year 2023. My interest lies in understanding how different market segments contribute to the overall turnover.

Could anyone provide or direct me to data that breaks down the 2023 turnover by segments such as stocks, indexes, equities, options, futures, etc.? I’m particularly interested in figures from both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Any insights or resources that could shed light on the turnover distribution across these market segments would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if there are any reports or analyses that offer a comparative view or highlight significant trends in these segments, that would also be of great interest.

NSE also publishes monthly report called Market Pulse, that too has many insights. You can check it out here.

I wasn’t able to find any source for BSE. If do, I will update here.
